What is cardio and how can i do it?!

"Cardio" means cardiovascular. It refers to exercises which condition your cardiovascular system --your heart, arteries and lungs. Cardio exercises are the ones which require continuous movement for extended period of time and cause you to sweat.

Cardio is heart!..wich means you work out at your heart rate for about 30-45mints..like runing,bicycle,ect

Anything that gets your heart rate up is considered aerobic (cardio) exercise. Running is one, walking or jogging, skipping rope, swimming, activities that make you sweat. Have a look at the link for some more ideas..good luck!
