Shoulder pain and over exertion?!

Question: I'm 26 years old female that's in good shape. I go to the gym about 4x/wk. I usually go to spin classes (intense cardio on bikes). I noticed that whenever I push myself to my limit (i.e., extreme breathlessness) I start getting these pain in my right shoulder. When I slow down a bit, the pain goes away. Why am I having these pain? Is that a warning sign of a heart attack?!?!!

When I run cross-country, after a few laps I get a pain in my left shoulder. I think it is just cramp from pushing yourself too hard.

Don't push yourself so hard.

hearth attack pain is usually in the Left arm or shoulder. The reasonable assumption would be to slow down, there should be no pain while exercising, that should tell you that you should stop pushing yourself. You should also talk with someone at the gym, this is not saying much for the gym, if you need to ask your questions on Q&A. The pain is telling you to slow down.
