Is this anorexic?!


Question: Ok so I am not fat, but I gained like 20lbs when I was really depressed from drinking so much. I really want to lose that extra weight. I tried dieting and exercising, but nothing was working so I decided that I am not going to eat untill I lose that extra then after that I will only eat small meals and be vegan. Please don't tell me how unhealthy this is I know.

Sounds like a good way to lose weight if you can stick to it.

not full fledge anorexia but on the way to it. eat well and exercise and the pounds will come off. starving yourself is not healthy.

Not eating won't make you loose weight.. you need to eat small balanced meals rather than nothing at all and exercise as well. good luck xx

lissen..u dont lose weight by not eating..you lose wieght by eating right and working out right...go google it ..dont waste ur time on yahoo answers..cause people will give u some stupid advice...trust me ive seen people give the worst advice ever on here...so yeah go google!!

No, if you really want to lose the weight you should try the 2 4 6 8 diet or the rainbow diet, one of these diets along with plenty of exercise and you'll lose the weight in no time.

Never mind that it's not healthy, but it also probably won't work very well. The body needs at least 1200 calories a day for basic metabolic functions like breathing, pumping your heart, etc. So if you drop below that, your body hangs onto fat. Your best bet is to stay to 1200 calories a day, 1400 if you exercise, and that should result in a 1-2 lb. loss each week. Eating vegan is fine, just make sure to read up on it so you get enough protein and iron.

Dont you think that after you stop eating and lose wieght, it might be hard to start eating again?

Maybe try this: just stop eating carbs. Like any bread or desserts. Only eat fruits, veggies, meat and dairy. It will make you lose wieght without totally starving yourself.

and many people don't get out of anorexia once they try it.
a lot of them die.
if you want to lose the weight then you should eat LESS but don't stop completely.
