I usually eat a big breakfest and dont eat until 6pm or later is this good?!

Question: Well it depends. If you're trying to lose weight -- no. That's because it doesn't keep stuff steadily moving through your system. I'd opt for 6 or more meals a day.

On the other hand, if you have no goal such as weight loss, it's neither good nor bad. Doesn't really have too much of an effect.

As a note, the most important thing about your eating habits is what you eat. When you eat it isn't too big a deal, unless your trying to go for optimum weight loss potential.

no not really but i do that all the time to

BAD.
you need a balanced, meal plan.
it is unhealthy, because you will eat more at one time, and it will store all the bad fats, because you are losing so much out of your body.
even if you have a snack inbetween the breakfast and dinner, than will help you maintain a healthy body!

Yeah its good... You have food when you want it, there's nothing bad about that...

if you want to get an ulcer then keep doing this cause i used to do the same thing until my doctor said if i kep eating liek that ill devvelope and ulcer that is painful so better start eating

no, are u kiddin me y would u only eat twice a day, come on i eat like three times a day.

Supposedly you're supposed to eat like 5 small meals a day. But they also say to make your first meal the biggest cause it's the most important. Plus making that the big one gives you a chance to burn it off throughout the day. Good Luck

No, not good. Eating habits like that can make you gain weight because your body is more prone to store the fat you eat at breakfast for longer periods than consistenly burn it off throughout the day. It's healthier to eat more smaller meals throughout the day, so you get a consistent fuel supply.

uh no!

It's good that you have a good breakfast, but you shouldn't go so long during the day before eating again. You should try to eat something small every few hours.

my dad did that sort of thing and lost a lot of weight that way so it might work for that purpose but I am not sure that is the optimal diet as far as health goes. Usually three meal are recommended with breakfast being the largest, lunch a little lighter and dinner being the smallest of the three .. also depending on what time you go to bed, the earlier you eat the better. It not good to eat close to the bedtime
