Question: on most of the diets i've seen they say to drink grapefruit juice... im only 14 but i weigh 340lbs. and im thinking about drinking only water and grapefruit juice with minimal food intake...will this help me loss weight?

no its not the food. its if you burn it off. excercise!!!!! you can make it fun, dance in your room, bike ride, walk places but a brisk walk, you wont get exercise from walkin slow will you, but yeah those are my suggestions and if you just eat that you wont have enough energy to exercise, silly. so if you wanna do summat exercise eat what you want but burn it off!! :D good luck.
