What's the best exercise for you?!?!


Question: for me, i like swimming. it doesn't give me any physical injuries and it's recommended for people in all ages. It also improves cardiovascular! :)

I'm a runner. It improves your cardiovascular endurance and strengthens the legs. Swimming is also very good. One benefit is that it builds muscles equally. Exercises on land build muscles to move forward and the muscles for moving backward are weaker, because you do all the work pushing yourself forward. That's why athletes will do exercises like running backwards, they build a different muscle group. In swimming, the water resists as you move your arms and legs backwards, so you build muscles more equally. Swimming also is great for upper body strengthening.

Bicycling.

You get to travel around while getting in shape!!

mine is the deadlift.... it really gives out a good workout in the legs and lowerback and it gets the blood flowing for an intense workout

I love practicing Karate. You can burn up to 500 calories in one hour.

4 me its all kind of things because i do tons of sport and i use my jogging machine when i can be bothered
