Get up 30 minutes early everyday and walk or run before you do anything else. It might not be something you want to do, but if you get it out of the way you can't make excuses later in the day as to why you can't do it.

I'm busy (full time job, full time family) but I schedule an hour a day for myself. It's on my schedule and I treat that hour like I would any other appointment.

If you have time to talk on the phone, watch a TV program, or other pointless activities then you have time to workout. You don't have to do a workout all at once. Do 3 -10 minute mini-workouts throughout the course of your day. I have a full-time career, a farming and cattle operation, 2 children, am a sunday school teacher, president of my church's womens group and secretary of my communities youth program. I MAKE time for a workout 5 times a week for at least an hour. YOU CAN TOO!

First off you are eating way to late at night. Your last meal should be around 3:00 P M . and as far as exercise get up a haif hour early and get on the tread mill. When you get home from work have a cup of green tea this will help you go to sleep.
