If you didn't stop growing, you'd grow so tall that your bones could no longer support you.

The -real- way of determining how tall you're going to be is to x-ray your hands. There is some material between the bones in your fingers that is a very strong indicator of how tall you will end up becoming.
This method is also used to determine the age of children who don't know when they're born [approximative].

I have three brothers and we are all pretty much the same height now that we have all grown up. I recon you'll end up being about the same height as your brother, give or take and inch.

Ask your parents how tall you were when you were 2 years old. A good estimate of how tall you will be as an adult is how tall you were at age 2, doubled.
So, if you were 2.5 feet, you'd grow up to be 5 feet tall, yeah?

It's not always right, but it can usually give you a pretty fair idea.

Chances are you'll keep growing until you're about 20 or so. Your body might just be taking a break and waiting on a new growth spurt. Chances are you'll probably be 5'10" - 6'0" or so, like your brother.

I believe that recent studies have shown an increase of several inches in height over the last 100 or so years due to improvements in nutrition, exercise and medicine, so your parents size is only part of the equation.

My brother didn't stop growing until he was 19 or 20 and he is over 6'4" and my dad was only 6'0". My mother's brothers and her mother were all 6'0" or taller, so take a look at your grandparents and aunts and uncles as well - this might give you a little more information.

And whatever size you turn out to be - that will be the perfect size for you.

Females usually stop growing at 15 so you have probably reached your peak height already.
