What can i use as dressing for salads that is alkaline and not acidic?!

Question: I had chemical poisoning in my stomach so I can not eat anything acidic for a week. I dont go back to the doctor for 3 days and they told me to eat vegetables but is there anything I can put on a salad that is not acidic? Salad without dressing is very hard to enjoy

just get a big block of cheese
and grate the sucker
dont stop till its all gone
lots of people like cheese
and alot of cheese
you dont need dressing if you have cheese.
