I am un-happy with my big stomach?!


Question: I an a pretty in shape guy but the only problem is my big stomach other than that i am in good shape ith the rest of my body how do i shrink it, what should i eat

how many sit ups do i start with

i don't drink beer anymore im cutting back on soda and sweets

The best way is to do cardiac exercise (aerobic) where your heart rate is up for greater than 20 minutes as many times a week as you can. You must cut out on the soda. You can lose 10 pounds a month if you are extremely careful what you eat and have alot of self control. Do as many sit ups as you can. Probably the first few days I would do 10 or 20 just so you don't pull a muscle or hurt your back.

DRINK WATER AND RUN...YOU GOTTA BURN FAT BEFORE YOU DO SITUPS
