What are good stomach excersices to flatten a belly?!

Question: What I do each day, is:
1. 30 regular crunches
2. 30 left oblique crunches
3. 30 right oblique crunches
4. 30 reverse crunches
5. again 30 crunches
6. then I run about 1 mile
7. I also do this thing called scuba Steve's
SCUBA STEVE'S:
lay flat on the ground (backside down), then put your hands under your buttocks. Then start "fluttering" your feet off the ground (about 6 inches off the ground without letting your feet touch the floor). DO this about 4 times and each set is for 30 seconds (DON"T cheat yourself)

And that is what I do ...... fun huh????
REMEMBER DON"T CHEAT YOURSELF ....meaning: do the exercises correctly....
Just o you know.. my stomach is pretty darn flat and sculpted and it wasn't always like that.

You can try running on the treadmill to loose weight initially, the do some sit-ups/ crunches, and even a little cardio.

Crunches push ups sit ups, stuff like that

Sit-ups, many women do this to loose the flab that they have after giving birth.

Sit ups are always an excellent choice when focusing on your stomach. But any exercise should help; fat burns from all over your body.

Try full curl-ups 20-45 reps per day working 4 days a week, skip a day if needed, stay on ealthy foods or else you won't flatten the stomach at all even with doing curl-ups for months doing all week won't help ~D.

do cardio 20 minutes, 4 times a week and of course u got to watch what you eat my friend. cut down carbs.. dont go to bed rightafter meals

The best answer I can think of is doing abdominal curls. It is a subtle movement that gives you results in about a week. You lie flat on back with knees bent to support your back, do the pelvic tilt and put your hands behind your neck to support it. Gently lift your head from the ground slowly about 5 to 6" without folding your elbows in, and slowly come back to your original position. Start by doing 5-10 of these and gradually increase each week to 10 more till you reach 50-100 of these. Make sure you get your Dr's permission if you are not well enough to do this. It is a simple exercise and gives fast results as long as you use correct form.

just do some sit ups!
