Wight Problem?!


Question: I weigh 154 pounds and I'm 10 years old. How do I lose weight fast?! My sis is getting married in like two months so I need to fit in a dress.

YOU ARE TEN. Just keep saying that to yourself, please. You should not worry about what you look like. After you begin maturing, your weight will take shape to the rest of your body. While it is fun to be that really cute girl at your sister's wedding, please don't stress over it. You are too young to be worried about that.
I would say just keep eating healthy foods. (Veggies, fruits, and breads.) Maybe instead of eating white bread, eat wheat or something with more whole grain. Excercise regularly. While it might be hard at times, start off slow and build up to jog 3/4 of a mile in a day or something.
Just remember, you are young. Enjoy life while you can.
Good luck and I am sure you will look just precious at your sister's wedding whether you weigh 154 pounds or 124 pounds.

Losing weight fast is just dangerous and unhealthy. If you are this weight then surely the dress will be made to fit or will be the right size already?

However, if you want to lose weight sensibly, I suggest cutting out sugary and fatty foods, getting more exercise and sticking to fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, wholewheat bread, wholewheat pasta, brown rice, baked potatoes, beans, low fat cheese etc..you get the idea.

exersize like crazy...run and walk do situps ect.

Your 10 so its rough... you could do short interval training to exercise. google it if you want to know more. Stay away from any food that is sugar, white, processed or fried... and no sodas or energy drinks. That should help a lot. Eat a lot of veggies. You can also put on some music and hula hoop...its amazing how it makes your stomach get fit fast.
