Question: I have big thighs lol, but In general, what foods should I eat to lose weight? What foods should I avoid? Should I avoid bagels for breakfast, and eat cereal instead? Is it true that drinking 4 glasses of milk a day helps you lose weight? What are all the myths and what are all the real tricks?
