Gaining weight can be almost as hard as losing it. Believe it or not, weight training will help you. You should also try to eat 1g of protein for every pound that you weigh every day. Eat good carbs and stay away from junky foods with empty calories.

Exercising will build muscle and that will cause healthy weight gain. Eating lots of protein is also a healyth way of gaining weight. Add a little more fat and calories everyday, all this should do it.
