everything water does for you is good. it cleans out your system of all the junk that you put in it makes your skin clear and fresh. so just drink it lol dont question the water lol its good for you all around

it made ur skin texture more moisture as our skin expose to environment and it too dry....

don't know much but you need it and having too little/too much is dangerous

It hydrates the body. Makes the plumbing 'go' more smoothly. Makes the skin more pliant. That's all I know.

It does just about everything. It restores pH balance in the body and since your body is mostly water and you lose water during daily life it's a good thing to replace it.

Did you know that over 66% of your body weight is nothing but water? Your body needs a lot of water to flush out toxins but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier.

You also lose water from things like sweating, and even going to the bathroom. You need to replace this water to maintain good health so your body can function right.

Your immune system needs plenty of fresh, pure water to function right. Keeping your immune system healthy allows your body to fight off diseases and is a huge health benefit of drinking enough water.

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, drink down a glass of cool water. It's a wonderful way to start your day and have a good breakfast after that.

A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You can have your morning cup of coffee but have it after a glass of water.

If you are looking for a guideline as to how much water to drink daily, 8-12 glasses per day or 64 ounces is a rough estimate.

This whole water thing is a total myth and there have been recent articles on how the 8 glasses a day is a load of rubbish. There is not valid research so far that backs up water being better for you than any other fluids made with water. It is just an old myth from the 80s.

nathing....only soft drink
