What are some good exercises for the front of your thighs?!


Question: I've have been working out for over 3 months now and have finally started to tone my butt and the back of my thighs. I jog 3 times a week for 4 miles plus random other exercises. The problem is that the front of my thighs are still flabby. What are some good exercises for the front of your thighs?

Lunges are great! Try w/ resistance bands, there great for the front of your thighs, versatile to!
