HELP~weight question, please..need lots of opinionss?!


Question: OK..i got 2 months to lose like 15 pounds. I wanna lose pure FAT not just numbers on the scale.
i will try to drink about 10 glasses of water per day. Eat 1,500 calories and lots of veggies and fruits. I need to know how long i should walk/jog/run on my treadmill to lose a pound per day. I have speed 1-10 on this treadmill and usually do 3-5.
I used to just run like 30 mins per day..maybe less and do a lot of ab workouts b.c that is my weak spot..but everyyone is saying cardio and running sheds fat..so i guess i need to focus on running. Please give me tips on how to stay motivated b.c usually after day two of diet i lose it and binge. im 5'9 135 pounds.
So how long on the treadmill per day? i get bored so easily though!

a combination of a good workout plan and a healthy diet is the most effective way to lose weight...especially in problem areas like you abs or legs.... heres some tips:

Cardio is a verrrrry important part of a workout routine...if you dont have a treadmill or eliptical you can try doing jumping jacks, jump rope...or a run in your neighborhood ... a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week should be done in order to lose an optimal amount of body fat and burn those calories.

Your diet is extremely important! eat less dairy (dairy puts a layer of fat above your muscles which makes them harder to tone) increase protein and healthy carbs(wheat bread etc.) fruits and vegetables are also a natural great source of carbs. Stay away from sugar and unhealthy carbs!!

5'9" and 135 pounds?
Are you serious you're skinny.
Just tone-up if you're worried about fat.

People seriously need to get a life. Take it from someone who obsessed about weight for a totally completely miserable year.

DON'T do it. I can assure you, you propbably look 10x better than you think.

you are just fine how you are...but here are some tips
1.walk briskly for about ten minutes a day...after the ten minutes move up to a jog after you get some water and hydrate!!!
2. jog for as long as you can.......just think as you are running the fat just falling off your body and that will motivate you.....also you can blast some jammin music to keep you from getting bored!!!!!!!
3. make sure you drink hella water...
4.eat lots of fruit and vegetables but also some beans and pasta's to get protein!!!!!
5.if you get hungry...youre not it is a mind trick...if you think you are hungry drink a glass of water and that feeling of hunger will go away!!!!
6.dont get bored!!!! when you get bored you want to eat...always keep yourself busy......

watch tv while you're doing it. or offer to walk someone's dog if you don't have your own..try looking at what you eat..your body eats because it needs certain viatimins and minerals, take your vitamins and eat the kind of food that's min. needed. Also, drinking water keeps you full, so good thinking. but no pills, ya?
