Question: How do I get thin thighs? I want to get all the fat off, and I don't really want Any bulk what-so-ever. If I could get them thin in two months or less that would look great (so I'll look good on shorts, etc.) It can be any exerices, etc. at home or at the gym. Feel free to add ANYTHING you like. . . . .

ok so im a teen who has the same issue
I would just run and work those muscle as much as you can...
tred mill jumping jacks and if you google how to get rid of thigh fat there are programs diets etc.

running, squats and lunges!!! THE BEST thing for your legs, thins and tones!

Well, if you're already skinny like you said, and at a healthy weight for your age and height, I don't think there's really much you can do. It's probably just your genetics. The most you could do would be to probably just tone up your thighs through exercise.

Or if you want, you could lose a tad bit of weight, as long as you don't go underweight. Having curvy thighs is better than looking emaciated.

get on a good diet and got to the store and buy like leg exersizes like something that burns fat on your thighs try swining 30 minutes a day

make sure to do a lot of cardio excersises and be a vegetarian 3 out of the 7 days in a week. it really isn't too hard.

Flat out, the best way to get thin thighs is to run distance. If you look at distance runners, you'll see that they all have very thin legs. There is a reason for this. Our bodies are smart. When we engage in that sort of activity, they say: "Hey, I don't want to have to carry around anything I don't have to..." and they drop excess mass (both fat and upper-body muscle). Also, distance running works slow-twitch muscles, which don't bulk up the way fast-twitch do (which is why distance runners have thinner legs than sprinters, which I'm sure you've noticed tend to have much bigger, more powerful legs).

at home you can do lunges, squats, and leg lifts to help tone your thighs. at the gym, use a resistance machine that will target your upper and inner thighs.

swimming, running, in-line skating, and bicycling are all great exercises as well.

do not where really high shorts. where to the knee shorts. depending on how big they are, and how skinny u r, u should look great with fat thighs. i am 24 inches round and have huge thighs. but i still look sexy. i am 18 and my boyfriend thinks i look good.

Seems like your body stores most of the excess fat in your thigh area. Sadly if this is the case, still in the future you will still get fat stored in you thighs (its a genetic thing)..

My advise:
1. eat a low fat diet (so that you don't get excess fat left over from your meals that will be stored in your thigh area!)

2. do excersises that will tone your thighs.
