I want to get a six-pack I'm doing 300 sit-ups everyday how long will it tak!

Question: Take Danny-Neal mccrave easthope's advice above. You have to go to the gym and use the 'ab-crunching' machine and do the highest weight you can for 8-10 repetitions. Do three sets of these. Then use the sit-up bench put a weight plate on your abs(the highest weight you can do). Then lift your body up while lying on the sit-up bench and move your body to the right. Do 8-10 repetitions of these and do two sets. Then do the same but lift your body to the left this time. Do 8-10 repetitions and do two sets of these.

By this time your abs should be knackered. Remeber to eat a lot of protein after your workout and before bed. The next morning your abs should be very painful. This is how you will get those abs built. And don't forget the cardio after your workout.

After your workout eat meat or fish(tuna). Before bed have a high protein shake.

Protein shake recipe:- Put 100g of milk powder in a blender. Add 600ml of milk. Blend it. Add a little Milkshake syrup(like Crusha) and blend again. Drink that an hour or two before going to bed.

That is how i developed my cut up abs.

That is how i developed my cut up abs.

do them properly not the amount

ages go to the gym everyday it will be quiker also swimming is gd to!

i like six-packs ;)

forget the sit - ups mate, you'll do yourself an injury.
wouldnt it be easier just to nip out to the local offy.....

i did 200 a night for a week and got abs. so if u do if for a month maby i figure u should get hard as abs

I think it has more to do with cardio. But what I have found in life is that a six pack might last you and hour but a keg will last you all night.

Yes I have a keg.

You may already have one but if it is surrounded by fat you won't see it. Concentrate on losing body fat and eating healthy. Diet is the most important part of gaining a six pack, sit-ups is just on of the tools to help.

Never that's not gunna do it you should be doing at least 900 daily and running 3 miles every week and maybe in less than a year youll see resulta good luck

Wife just bought me a six-pack from local Co-Op. Took her about 10 mins.

Doing sit ups will make your abs much much stronger, but will not so much reveal it, you should, do crunches, or running, swimming, or modern weight lifting, because most weights you lift need support from your abs, but sit ups are the best for making your abs stronger, but not making them toned so people can see them. And also make sure you are eating right aswell, plenty of carbohydrates and protein. i.e pasta, chicken, rice.

Your diet will dictate this.....if you have body fat there sit-ups will just build / tone the muscle. To eliminate the fat from that area to see your "six pack" you'll need to raise your heart rate~ something called CARDIO.

eat lots of cereal and pasta! great confidence booster.ok

If your doing 300 sit up a day your abs are probably in good shape ..... it is a illusion that doing sit-ups will cause you to get a six pack, meaning; that what hides a six pack is body fat and doing sit ups does not necessarily burn body fat around the stomach. In men the fat around the mid-section is the last thing to burn off, on women it's the butt. you need to do a complete exercise program with proper diet and watch your calories (you need to burn more than you take in). I can not give you a time frame on this working, it depends on you, your physical make up and how disciplined you are.

Go down to the off licence you will get one right-away

make sure your doin them right and in about a month or 2 you should have the body you want

If you have a layer of fat on your stomach, it doesn't matter if you do a million sit ups every day, so make sure you do cardio to lose that tiny layer of fat so you can see your abs.

Also, don't work your abs everyday, and don't just do sit ups or crunches, you need to do ab work outs with resistance for them to bulk up.

There are lot of different excersies that deal with your abs, and I found this great website that will show you the different exercises and the sercets about your abs.
Good Luck!
