Question: Ive just had an omelette (2 eggs) with half a can of baked beans. How many calories and how many grams of fat (if you know) roughly.

For the calories and fat of the beans, you need to look at the can for that. All foods are made different all calories could be higher or lower depending on brand.

Anything in the omelet??? Oil in the pan???

What size egg? small...54 calories, 3.7 grams fat
medium....65, 4.4 grams fat
large...74, 5 grams fat
x large....85, 5.8 grams fat
jumbo....96, 6.5 grams fat

Additional Details:
If you are watching calories....get rid of the yolk. There is too much fat in the yolk. If you ate just the white part of the egg, there would be so many less calories. I think about 7 calories for an egg white.
The beans are high in calories, especially one half of the can. Try eating maybe, one half cup of beans.

i say 430 and 620 calories

well i would need more info but.... 2 large eggs= 140 calories and 9 grams of fat. 1/2 can of baked beans(16 oz can) =245 calories and 3.5 grams of fat. total=385 calories and 12.5 grams of fat.(roughly) it's a healthy meal to a point...you are getting fiber, iron, and of course protein. make sure to get your dairy, fruit, and vegetable servings throughout the day!
