Question: I'm 18 n i weight 139 lbs., i was 103 lbs. before i got pregnant...im 5'2...how do i lose the baby weight? i tried exercising 5 times a week...nothing works...help!

are you breastfeeding? breastfeeding burns an insane number of calories - which is how most women lose most of their baby weight.
try exercising less, and spending more time with your baby. take him/her out on walks. eat healthy foods, and moderate amounts. work out more effectively 3-4 times a week than less effectively for 5. it will come off, be patient.
