What exercise routines do you do?!
Question: Personally i do not do routines, because i do not want to let my body adapt to one routine, i know you can obviously change the routine, but i like to mix it up, and have made one power routine to add 1 inch on my arm, but not since. but would like to know about people who do use them and what styles and techniques you use?

Here is what my workout routine looked like the previous 3 weeks.
Mon Chest, Back & Abs
Tues Plyometrics
Wed Shoulders, Arms & Abs
Thursday Yoga
Friday Legs, Back & Abs
Saturday Kenpo
Sunday Rest & Stretch
This past week I was in a recovery week so it changed and next week I start Phase 2 so it changes again. No way my muscles get used to any workout, huh?
Uhhh ..... I wake up and get out of bed.... That's about it for me :)
