Diet of Cereal, milk, and lots of pop?!


Question: This has been my diet for the last week..however i havent gone over 1200 calories, i gained weight! And i have been exercising (i usually dont) so wtf? why? Now i cant fit into my jeans

Well... it's the lots of Pop thing. Soda, even diet soda makes you gain weight. Infact diet soda can make you gain more weight because it makes thing think you can eat just a bit more of something else, something that has a higher fat count.

Also, if your body is used to more than 1200 calories a day, restricting yourself can cause a metabolism slowdown. There fore, you gain weight.

I say cut out the pop, if you're looking for caffine either take caffine pills or drink coffee (not a latte or frap, those are LOADED with unneeded cals), continue with cereal and milk, add in some negative calorie veggies and fruits, drinks tons of water and take a B-Vitamin complex to help with metabolism.

Duh!!! First you are not exercising. Second, soda or pop is going to cause you to gain weight. Who came up with this bright idea of only eating cereal, milk and soda. Some people just amaze me....

That's like saying "I'm eating junk food all day every day and I am still gaining weight, wonder why?"
