Tone up my tummy?!


Question: well i try to keep in shape and work out when i can. but its hard to get to the gym because im in college full time, and my hours are just all over the place.

im 5'8 and 124, and dont tell me im too skinny.

heres my stomach, please ignore the face drawn on it. my brother found it necessary to draw on me with sharpie..
its flat and all i just want it defined.. any exercise i could do at home? people have told me crunches dont work, so i just dont know.

any help is appriciated.

lol well crunches and sit ups do work you just need to do them consistently to get results
just place your feet under something heavy to keep them steady and do 'slow' crunches / situps for full effect

Sometimes its just not in your genes... I have a flat tummy and really strong abs, but only certain parts of my tummy ever get defined, no matter what I do...
