Should i carry a heavier bag or go to my locker more often?!


Question: ive just been thinking about it these couple of weeks ... should i carry a really heavy school bag throughout the whole day or go to my locker um 1,2,3...4 yep um 4 times a day to put my books away and get some new ones out ... like what will be more effective in losing weight (little things count hehe)

so guess it is strength vs. cardio lol not 2 sure hehe

I like the way you think. :) Carrying a heavy bag would help you expend more energy and burn more calories, plus it would work your muscles a little. But then walking to your locker several times a day would also burn calories. Hmmm.... I guess, mix it up, one week do the heavy bag and the next week walk. xoxo

Hi. Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much.

Little things do help, however, the one you mentioned is a bit dangerous because it can cause injury to your body, so I wouldn't do it if I were you.

You should only carry in your bag what you need and leave the other in your locker. Bags generally are slug over one shoulder or backpacks are worn to low - this puts too much stress on the back and shoulder area.

Carrying a heavy bag on your shoulders all the time is not good for your shoulders and back.That is why you have lockers and get out what you need.

you should go to your locker more often. having a heavy backpack will lead to back and shoulder pain and can cause you to not walk or stand straight. thats why many children today have back problems. besides if you have the same types of books like i do at school why in the world would u want to carry all of them??
