I want to look good by next Sat. !!! HELP!!?!
Question: Ok, next Saturday I'm going to the beach with one of my friends. I'm not fat, but I want to tone my body up some by then. So far today, I have done 60 crunches, 20 push-ups, 20 jumping jacks, 25 lunges per leg, and 3 30 second wall sits. I also used a thigh working machine for 5 minutes.
For breakfast I ate a piece of pound cake (130 calories, 0 f. calories) and I've drank nothing but water. What do you think?

Thats a good start, but a lot more exercise is in order to get a decent result. At the rate you are currently going you won't get much of a result, but if you do about 8 times more than you have done today, each day, you will start to see results in less than 2 weeks.
how can you be bothered to do all that?
if ur anything like me you wont keep it up till tomorrow lol x
you wont loose much that will be noticable in one week...and eating cake for brekfast? get real - how about some fruit?!
Eliminate all carbohydrates from your diet--and that means ALL. I'd be eating nothing but bacon, eggs, cheese, and steak if I were you. Take a non-nutritional fiber pill every day so your insides don't lock up on you (if you get my drift); something like the powdered fiber you mix with water would be fine, too, but check the nutritional information--you don't want any digestible carbohydrates in it. Make sure and increase your water consumption, and continue your exercise program. In a week you'll look a lot better--but don't do this longer than a week because it's tough on your body.
