Can I still lose weight?!
Question: I am 18 years old, 5'4, and 122 pounds. I have been losing weight eating 1200 calories a day, and I was wondering if I occasionally ate 1300 a day if I would still lose weight? I exercise for about 20-30 minutes every day, and I am fairly active throughout, and do lots of walking.

why do you want to lose anymore? you are in perfect shape!
Yes. Definitely. The body is not a mathematical equation. If you had a day where you ate 2500 calories, you wouldn't automatically gain. Nor should you compensate for going "over" by cutting the next day.
I really think you should be consuming more than 1200 calories per day. This is almost a starvation diet. I really think you could consume 1800 or more calories daily with your exercise plan and still lose...
