Loosing some weight, please help me.?!


Question: Well im 16, and im kinda tall and have man boobs, and alot of fat on my stomach and rolls, i was wondering could you give me some help. i dont really dont do a sport and im trying to cut down my fatty foods, im also going to try optifast or something. please some help on this thanks alot :)
