that sucks! he's my grandpa though so it sucks more for u. sorry mom. btw people...he's in prison only for 4 years. that's not normal to only get that long.
no..i mean usually you get outrageous time for drugs..
my fiances step dad got 25 reduced to 10 with no parole having to do 8 years (85% of 10) and he is considered a violent offender all for a few drugs that amounted to nothing not even enough to distribute and one of the things was blue nitro which was legal up until about 2 months before he got caught..
his problem was he pissed the cops off and they wanted him and got him and stuck it to him...
the cop even lied on the stand..its in the transcripts...the judge made him correct himself but you get the point as to what cops arreasted him....
