Can losing weight decrease my breast size and make my legs thinner?!

Question: I'm 15, 5'3, and 130 lbs. I've gained 5 lbs since September. My breast size is 34C (I think I may be a 34 or 32 D now but I'm not sure) The woman in my family are big breasted (I'm Italian ;] ) so I'm not sure if my boobs are getting bigger because I'm gaining weight or I'm just growing. I hate having big boobs when all my friends are a 32A or a 34B.

Another thing is my calves are kind of wide. People think I have muscular legs but its actually mostly body fat (I flex and there really isn't much muscle there!)

Lately I've been counting calories. I've been eating about 1200 to 1400 a day and doing pilates every other night. I don't really add up the calories all the time but I snack less and eat whatevetrt meall has less calories (like I'd choose macaroni which is about 200 calories per serving over pizza which is 340 calories per serving.) My mom gets mad if any eats her diet food, and my brother and stepdad could care less about their diet and eat crap.

The chest is usually the first place it disapeers from! But since you are 15, and still developing it might not make a difference. Watch your calories, 1200 is on the low side. Eat veggies/fruit/lean meats/whole grains over mac and cz or pizza! Less calories but will make you fuller so you arent starving all day. If you eat to few calories you go into starvation mode then you just gain weight. Eat smaller meals/snacks every2-3 hours to keep your metabolism up. Try visting Self.com or a similar site for dieting tips to help you lose weight the right way. Pilates is great for strengthenin and posture, but not so good for burning fat. Building muscle will burn fat because it will ultimately make your metabolism higher. Cardiovascular exercise (swimming, running, biking, etc) are better for burning fat. Many eatting disorders start to appear at your age so talk to professionals and recommended web sites, not your peers!!
Good luck, I am sure you are beautiful!

Short answer is yes. Breasts have fat in them and a good weight loss can take out a full cup size. You can also lose weight from your legs and probably will. Make sure you are excercising to tone those legs though, even thin legs don't look good flabby!

Yes, it is most likely that having a lighter weight will improve your figure.

Losing weight should reduce your chest some. But you can't predict where your body will take fat from first.

The best thing to tone and lose weight is exercise. Get a very good supportive sports bra or two, and start doing a lot more walking. As you feel better, start doing a little running, too.

Look for a female PE teacher to talk to about exercise.

heyy, you are like me. :] i'm about hte same, execpt i'm not italian, and yes, if you do lose some weight, it'll help decrease your breast size and make your legs thinner.

Hey it's true that loosing weight reduces the Breast size. But it depends on how your excercise is effecting the upper part of the body. You could get suggestion from a trainer and tone up your lower body for shaping up Legs and upper body for your chest tonning. Good Luck !!!
