My height!!?!

Question: Okay, I'm a boy and I'm 5'9. I just turned 16 2 months ago. My dad, when he was younger, was about 5'11. My mom is 5'4. I sleep 10 hrs a day and I eat food rich in nutrients and calcium.
How many inches do you think I can get from age 16-19?

But the thing is, I hit my growth spurt in early 7th grade. Idk if I even grew much during that period, but I noticed that I had a deeper voice and hair on different parts of my body. Will I hit another growth spurt because I hear people hit about 2 growth spurts from ages 8-20? Is that true?

Thanks.

most people aren't done growing at age 16, so you certainly may hit another growth spurt, but it probably won't be anything to drastic

People say men only stop growing at around the age of 22 so dont worry bout it

Dude, I'm almost 18 and I got smaller guys at my age in school. Don't worry, you'll grow. Everyone does. If you were such a person that doesn't grow anymore, you'd be smaller! :-D

Your intake of calcium and aiding the adding process to your bone structure helps in a long and healthy living. I am not sure of 2 spurts of growth theory.
