Can you get abs or even tone from hiking?!


Question: I LOVE hiking, but I cant help but wonder if I will tone up at all. I know you will lose weight, but im looking to tone up a little. Is that possible through hiking? I know you use your abs, but im just curious.

hiking will build muscle in your calves and thighs. muscle eats fat, so you will get toned thighs and calves. when it comes to abs, you wont tone your abs, but you will lose weight. and the less fat you have above your abs, the more toned they will look. kind of like throwing a blanket over a bed of rocks. hiking will be great for you, but i'd throw some crunches on the routine too. good luck!

Your thighs will definitely feel firmer after a few trips! are you hoping to loose weight? hikiing might help.

yes you will because you already have abs you just need to get your fat % below 10% and you will see them
