How come I never get an answers???!

Question: I've gained some weight within the past few years. Enouh to make my clothes not fit anymore and enough to tip the scales. It's pretty depressing.
Someone told me if you put on a lot of weight in a short period of time, you can lsoe the weight again in a shorter period of time.
That being said I've given myself a daily routine to follow.
very healthy and low calorie diet (1200 cal/day)
30 minutes of running everyday, 20 minutes of pilates every day and 200 crunches every day.

Will this work? I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds, how quickly wil I see results and in what amount of time am i likely to reach my goal??

Thaks in advance :)

yea that would work and i am guessing that u will be able to lose 40 lbs in 3 1/2-4 1/2 months

it will work but dont do all that in one day spread it out, and dont excercise everyday, your body will not react as well if you were to spread it out, itll work quicker. good luck! oh drink plenty of water and put on sweats!! that helps a bunch!

Hi. You have gained the weight because of the choices you made and the changes you made to your lifestyle. Therefore, unless you make again other choices and change again your lifestyle to the better, you will not lose that weight.

Your daily routine sounds ok, but something in the way you wrote your question makes me feel you will not stick to it. Actually I don't know anyone who would do every day the same things for a duration of several weeks.

First understand that nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much.

Any movement at all for a minimum 60 minutes duration is great. I don't care if you wanna roll around on the floor, do jump rope, go run in the street or keep kicking the wall in your house. As long as you MOVE and get your heart rate up, you WILL lose calories.
