What is a better post workout dinner?!


Question: Hey there, so i'm going to eat dinner, i was wondering, what'd be better? I got a salad from lunch today, it's a 'house salad' it's got lettuce, tomatoes, crutons, tomatoes, carrots, and chicken with no dressing, there's still a good chunk of it left,or should i have a tuna with a little bit of olive oil on wheat bread sandwhich?

Personally, I'd find the salad more satisfying as long as there is enough chicken left to give you some protein and make you feel satisfied. I'd add a little bit of olive oil and vinegar as dressing. Small amounts of monosaturated oils are good for you. The croutons are the worst part since they are usually fried. Take them off and have a piece of plain wheat bread instead. Same or lower calories, more filling and better for you.

there both good for you.. you should eat both becuase both of them by themself isnt a full dinner
