Am I fat? (pic) I've gained weight in 2 weeks???!


Question: I'm freaking out. I got a 2 week break from skool... in tht time I was lazy and I've gained 4 lbs!
I have lost 40lbs over the last yr or 2 just eating healthily n whatnot... and now I'm puting on :-S

Last week I was 136 lbs and when I got on the scale before I was around 139-141
when should I be weighing myself?
I'm due for my period on the 10th-14th... could water retention be contributing to my weight gain?

i am just like u ,its like i couldve written this question!

i am 5'6 and weigh 135. i lost 10 lbs and then gained then back. i weighed 130 which i loved the most, and just recently weighed myself around 135. also i eat a little more and drink more right before my period. it is water retention! ive noticed it for the past 3 mths, its always the same, and about 10 days after my period i weigh 130 again. the dang period messes u up! as long as u go back to being healthy and active it will come back off.
no more being lazy!! lol
and by the way, you are gorgeous! u look the same size as me and everything :) maybe even skinnier! pretty :)

no your not fat it's normal to gain weight...Just stay away from junk food i.e. greasy food! just keep doing what you've been doing! :)

4 lbs isnt alot to gain some people would put an up to 15lbs in that time.

it will only be "white fat" so it will be easy enough to lose if it is bothering you.

Your picture was on earlier today - I think you're loving the attention. You had one prom shot with loads of makeup, and this pic. You look fine. You look thin. Way to go on the weight loss and yes your weight will fluctuate from day to day. Don't worry about it!

People would kill for your weight!Its a great skinny{yet healthy weight} you should love!

it is pretty hard to tell from that picture.
But you look extremeley healthy and look a perfect body shape.

You look great! 4 pounds isn't that much at all..and you can start retaining water weight for your period as far away as a week before your period. You always weigh the less after your period. Also you should weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat.

....you gained 4 pounds. You weight under 140.....and your 5'5.

Dont ask if your fat. Honestly its a blow to bigger people, and we feel some are just looking for attention. Im not trying to be mean, but it gets really really old.


BUT congradulations on your weight loss in the past two years! AT this point your at a good weight for your height.

Dont stress over 4lbs. just get back on track.

if it is water weight, just be on the safe side and guzzle water for a while.

you're 5'5 and 139-141.. you deff. don't look it.. maybe you just have a bad scale.. to get an accurate reading go to the doctors.. you are really skinny.. im 5'6 and 132 and im way bigger then you so it just has to be your scale.. you are really skinny!
