I am the same way but feel I could lose a few pounds but still consider myself thin. I am 4'10", 24 years old and about 90-95 pounds; it fluctuates but I am guessing my real weight is 92 lbs. I have a thick/muscular type of body and it really bothers me. You seem to have a small frame, whereas mine is more like medium, and that may be why you look so thin. You may actually be really healthy. A doctor can tell you what would be an ideal weight for you, but frame and age are very important factors. If you are still a teen and have only been through puberty for a short time, there may still be time for you to grow. Girls grow till about 18, but usually not much after they reach puberty (onset of their period) But if you would really like to gain weight, speak to a nutrionist and maybe even a trainer and gain weight the right way. Its importnat to eat muscle building foods/proteins than junk. Eating more Junk food will make you heavier but unhealthy and flabby. So exercise/build muscle and eat healthy and you should be able to sculpt your body into a lean but healthy looking image. Good Luck.

if you want to gain weight do it the right way eat healthy just add more carbs and protein

find someome that is the same size and ask them it, i am VERY VERY VERY skinny al my leaft (NO ANERXIC THO) haha, try to find other people.

dont worry...you will gain some weight...start eating as much as you can...and sit on your *** all day...that means no sex!!! or anything!!! and after you gain that weight...you should work out and tone it :P

There is something called the BMI - which stands for Body Mass Index so you can do a search for that, plug in your numbers and it will be a good indicator. Please don't forget to take into account your fitness level and your general build. I was considered overweight by the BMI but I could bench press my body weight and run a 7:00 minute mile...go figure

I will give you 5 pounds (thats what I'm trying to lose)

sooo? eat more food so that you can gain more weight. i dont undetrstand your question to say the truth

got to the link below. I don't know if your a teen or not but it works no matter what.
it will tell you if you are underweight or healthy.
i'm tall and skinny and this is the site i go to to make sure i'm not underweight. pretty accurate.

How tall are you and how much do you currently weigh?

the perfect size for my interest in ladies is 25-35 age, under 5,5 and under 115 but over 90 lbs

I am in the same situation and the same build
5'2" and 104lbs/7.7stone

I am aiming for 8stone to see how I feel about my body then, and if it's still too thin I will carry on with the battle to put on weight.

See your doctor, they can give you a more healthy number.

Whatever you do DON'T use BMI (Body Mass Index)
BMI has failed by telling athletes they are overweight, because athletes are built up of muscle which is heavier than fat

Good luck!

Consult with your doctor who will be able to plot the height, weight, age chart curves and standard deviation and body types

You should search on the internet for something called BMI (body mass index) and you can match up your weight with your height and see what your BMI is it will tell you if ur under weight or not.
