Who has the ideal body?!

i do. it's imperfect, but that's the closest to reality i can think of. actually, i think david beckham has an ideal body for a male, and for female, i would have to say one of the victoria secret models or vida guerra. however ideal, is not reality. the two are very different and shouldn't be confused. ideal is also "made up" by the beauty industry and doesn't have to be your own personal ideal. a lot of times, the "ideal" is fake. but for me, i like to see healthy, toned, real women and men. now, that's ideal, to me.

There isn't an ideal body. Genetics, ethnicity, climate and other things contribute to the way people are shaped. I personally think that creating an "ideal body" borders on racism because of the different groups of humans we have on this planet.
Here's an example. I'm half Cherokee Native, half Irish. My build and general features are Cherokee--we're usually short statured (I'm 4 10 on a good day LOL) and muscular, with heavier, more dense bones. There's a Caucasian (English) woman where I work who is the exact same clothing size as I am, but she's 123 pounds whereas I'm 145. Both of us are a size 8.
See just how hard it is to come across an ideal when you can't even compare two people of the same size? We were made to live in the Tennessee Valley and the lovely Smoky Mountains, and her people were made to live on the heaths and moors of England. Different climates allow for different adaptations ;)
