It takes practice!! I used to be able to do them all the way when I was younger, and I did gymnastics, and I have always been really flexible!! When I was learning them I had to practice in front of the tv for like 20 minutes a day! You just need to stretch a lot and do them, and then keep pushing yourself farther and farther everyday!!
Some can some can't. Personally I can. It takes a lot of flexibility. Stretch a lot before trying or you might hurt yourself.
You have to keep stretching and gain flexibility. It is not something that will happen overnight.
