100 grams of lean chicken breast is about 31 grams of protein. mix it with 1/2 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of brocoli add maybe mustard or sweet chilli sauce and your on your way to recovery.

A decent sized chicken breast has about 30 grams of protein. A half lb burger will do the trick as well.
