LIFT THEM WEIGHTS. Start out with some easy stuff, chinups, dips, squats, deadlift, bench, and rows all are great exercises that use a lot of muscles. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself and have fun.
How about weight lifting...build those muscles. My brother in high school was called "peewee" because he was skinny and short. But he started lifting weights and swimming with the waterpolo team. He got muscular quick! Best of luck.
