Will I Lose Weight Doing This..??!


Question: I really really want to lose weight and I will do anything to do it.. but I want to stay healthy though.. my target is to lose atleast 12 pounds in about 3 months. I am 15 years old.. 5"1 and weigh 108lbs. how long would it take to see results if i did this for about 12 weeks...would i lose weight... please answer?

Breakfast: 500 cals
Lunch: 300 cals
Dinner: 500 cals

30 press-ups
100 sit-ups
Jogging for 20 minutes everyday
20 mins on trampette everyday

ok, that calorie count is too low for u. normal for a teenager is 2,500. ur only taking in 1,300. ur BMI is 20.1 which is perfect for ur height and age. i know, ur not asking the question of whether or not ur weight is healthy or not, but still.
yes, u will lose weight, but then u'll be underweight. that's not good.

besides ur not fat or anything my sister is 12 and she is 106 and she is the last thing from fat. u can do this if u want but u dont need it

Well first thats a kinda low calorie count even for weight loss. Remember to never skip breakfast. and the press-ups and sit-ups everyday is a bad idea, you shouldonly do them every second to third day.

It seems like you're aiming for an unhealthy weight. Instead of losing weight, try to lose fat and gain muscle (which weighs more). Eat a little more and work out just the same.
