Weight loosing??!


Question: Im roughly 7 pounds over wieght and seriously want to loose it before it grows into madness. Im sick of my brother making fun of me cos Im fat-ish he finds it fun in front of his friends to put me down, I particually want to loose some of my face and chest, is there any excercises I can do for them, I willl starrt with wieghts after lossing excess weight. thanks

Ignore you dumb @$$ brother. Don't lose weight to impress everybody else. Do it for yourself. It's good that you want to lose weight unlike some overweight people. Eat a lot of health food. And for snacks, eat vegatables instead of junk food. And don't have seconds after meals. And take walks everyday.

When you start to excercise more and eat healthier you will lose weight, and you will lose weight from all over your body not just one specific part so your face and chest will change too.

eat half what you already eat and walk on a treadmill or outside for around 30 min, everyday.
dont snack a lot, drink water instead.
if your hungry between meals, eat veggies or fruits.

Crunches and Situps are the best thing you can do for your stomach, the face automatically loses wieght after your body losees wieght.

EXERCISE !!!
do LOTS of crunchies and chin ups and press ups

also drinking water with lemon juice helps, lemon juice makes you go to the toilet more so you'll loose weight faster.. like a healthy laxative !!!

also eat healthy !!! lots of herbal teas, fruit, vege's and dont eat gluten or wheat products(try to eat more rice)

hopefully tht'll help you. but remember its a process.... be patient !!!

Do more sit - up. everynight 50 times.

I know my brother use to make fun of me because I was 20 pounds over weight, but when I was looking on the internet and found this amazing website I just had to have it, so when I did I started losing the weight with the different excerises that they had to offer and what diet was good for me. Then I started losing the weight and my brother stop making fun of me.
