Question: I burn at the least 500 calories a day, and the most of 700..
I can't keep up with that let alone do more, I just can't do it yet i'm supposed to eat another thousand or two more than that??
And i'm gonna get so paranoid i'm gonna eat less I know it then my metabolism will go!!

you need to eat about 2000 kcal a day. thats just to sustain your body. exercise ups your metabolism, which makes you burn off those calories faster

work out...
you can eat more calories and don't have to worry SO much about eating too much/not enough.
AND it will speed your metabolism up.
