OK hold it, hold it! Who has actually lost weight? What did you eat during a day!


Question: Please answer, info from people with the experience would help..

On school/week-days I walk about 6 miles the most, on weekends I probably walk like 2 altogether lol. I can't help but eating fattening foods though, so not really going anywhere fast.

I'm going to start eating the right things again soon as school starts in a bit again, i go back to school on wednesday, but advice on some sort of diet plan that DEFINITELY works, would be very useful.. thank you!!

I lost 30lbs since last August. What I did was calculate my basal metabolic rate and create a daily deficit of 500 calories. It takes a while, but it's easier if you exercise. You can find calculators for your BMR on the Web.

I went from a size 16 to an 8, and I'm still losing weight.

Oops, I forgot to explain--sorry about that. What a basal metabolic rate is is how many calories your body would use just to stay alive--if all you did was lay in bed. It goes by height, weight and age. When you create the 500cal deficit, your body has to use the fat it's stored for energy. You use your BMR as a daily allotment--in other words, if yours with the deficit is 1200cal, you try to keep how much food you consume under 1200 cal.

eat a good breakfast porridge is good as its a slow release energy and keeps you full for longer.

just eat fruits,cereal as much as you want and water or ice tea.....

Don't laugh, but the best way I have found for losing weight was sex. I'm talking about lots of sex, 6 or 7 times a day. I lost 30 pounds in about three months! Talk about aerobics!

k well i would like to say that in 7th grade i wore a size 13 because i am curvy and i had hips and thighs...i got the Ablounger which is basically a machine that makes crunches easier because i suck at themm....i did 150 sit ups a day and i wore a sweat band and i ate whatever i wanted to eat...i mean you can't eat things in excess amounts but you can eat whatever you want in servings and stuff...and so like i went to a size 5 in three months...i lost 8 sizes lol. so 6 miles is a little extreme...just do crunches...ppl think that you only lose weight on your stomach but ultimately your losing weight off of everything because you are exercising...you don't need to diet hun.

i lost some weight a while ago, a fair bit actually! All I did was to eat a balanced diet, and keep an eye on portion sizes. I ate mostly fruit, veg, and salads and drank a lot of water. I also made sure to get some good carbs once a day like porridge or something. Regular exercise obviously helps too!

It is hard to loose weight if you like food but you can cut down on fatty food and turn to fruits and vegetables. I like food too much so I went to a Chinese shop and bought a herbal tea for slimming. It is call GREAT IMPRESSION. You have to be prepare to go to the toilet a lot. It does work for me. My tummy is getting smaller compare to one month ago

Vegetable meatless soup +1 tsp. virgin olive oil +2 boiled potatoes + 1 cup of boiled peas

Dinner:

SATURDAY

I cup of Instant coffee with milk. No sugar pls. 100 gr. Dutch (mature) cheese

Lunch:

LAST 4th WEEK is different and maybe more difficult, but this week's diet will help you to keep your results for very long time, maybe years...
Sunday:During whole day only 1,5 kg. of red apples
Monday:1,5 kg. boiled chicken during whole day
Tuesday:1,5 kg tomatoes and cucumber
Wedneday:1 kg. boiled veal meat during the whole day
