When i do ab workouts on the floor...?!
Question: I feel some pain on my lower back.It makes it much harder for me to do the abs.So,will i eventually get used to this?Or do i have to find something for this prob?What do you guys say.

You can use a rolled up towel underneath you lower back or maybe a stability ball would be better.
Try to do crunches on an exercise ball: put ur toes against a wall and lay low on the ball and do the crunches. Also, take advil before your workout and go a heating pad after. That'll take away whatever discomfort you have. Other than the pain is normal.
Pain is a warning signal always. I'd say discontinue doing them this way-and try another way. According to research, the ball is better for your back and much more effective for your abs as well.
