Safe weight loss is between 1-2 lbs a week. In one month, you should lose between 5-10 lb, not 20.

Losing 20 in a month is not healthy, and near impossible. Crash diets slow your metabolism, which makes it even harder to lose weight.

Crash diets don't work in the long run. The way you lose weight is by eating less calories than you burn. Crash diets will take the weight off because you are eating so few calories, BUT once you go back to eating the way you usually do, the weight will come back.

The only way to lose weight safely and keep it off is to adopt a healthy lifestyle, which means eating right and exercising. This is a lifelong committment.

Crash diets are short-term and mess up your metabolism which is not good for long-term weight loss, or your health.

umm its kinda of impossible to lose 20 pounds in a month

will gain it back cut out the sweets and walk more

apparently fat loss for idiots
I purchased it, but had trouble sticking to it because of the obscure meals.
But, if you have significant willpower, i've read only good things

No this is no ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U will gain pound back. u c, i have a fat chihuahua. evry time we taek her to kennel for win we go on the holiday she does not eat anything. when we pick her up she is like 1 lb lighter (wich is equivalint 2 ur 20 lbs) but she gets it back in leik a couple days!!!!

wat u wnt 2 do is get on a HEALTHY diet, aim 2 lose maybe leik 1-2 lb a week through eat gud food and aerobic excersise. excersie will turn sum of ur mush into muscle and helpl u keep teh weight off. i hope this helP!!!!!!

god bless,
man

The only way you'd come close is by eating a strict, HEALTHY diet (no flour, sugar, fried foods - junk food) and working out 5x a week. If you don't have the willpower for that, don't even try.

No thats very unhealty.
On the average you should lose about 2 pounds a week

wtf why do people say its "impossible" its VERY possible, idiots. try isagenix or the master cleanse, you can loose about 20lbs in 2 weeks and its actually healthy. look it up.

oh and exercise!!

Why do you gain back the pounds? Because your body is starving. It begins to store more of the food it does receive as fat (expecting the hard times to continue). So dieters lose muscle and gain fat (the opposite of what you want!), and feeling weak and hungry will just have to binge on food (their body is urging them to).

You have to think long term. Eating properly is necessary. If you want to lose body fat this can only be done through regular exercise.

If you weighed over 200 pound sthen it could be possible. NEVER starve yourself. It is only a temporary fix and you will gain it back. A great diet to follow is the G.I diet. Go to your local library and get a book on it. You will see results. I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks. I was very strict. I was also 234 lbs (still in good shape) I also ran 5km a day for about 5-6 times a week as well as light weight training. Diet is about 40 percent of your weight loss, fitness is about 10 percent. The remaing 50% is willpower. If you want to lose weight you will. Push yourself. You will start to see results and it will motivate you. You will be surprised how much better you feel mentally. Good luck...
