Should i take creatine or protein?!


Question: iam am in grade 9 going to 10 and i havent taken any supplements before. i want to know wich one would help me build muscle faster. and when they should be taken before or after workouts and only on days wen i workout or everyday?

Both do different things, creatine supply your muscle with more energy while working out, gives you an edge, you can work out longer and harder without getting as tired. Protein is need to repair the muscle you tear when working out hard. That is how muscle grow, small tears and then they rebuild it,

Protein or colostrum or amino acids or all of those do no take creatine studies have shown it can do some harmful stuff to people, there is no research that shows that it has a benefit. From what i hear the community of muscle men looks down on creatine use.

I would take colostrum and amino acids then eat plenty of dark leafy green vegetables for protein.

Please dont take creatine its bad for you and doesnt help.

I would take protein, eats lots of foods with protein, and aim to get around 100g of protein a day, take the shakes according to what it says on the label.
Creatine effects are still kinds of unknown.
