Question: Stress is common to everyone. Our bodies are designed to feel stress and react to it. It keeps us alert and ready to avoid danger. It is not always possible to avoid or change events that may cause stress. We can feel trapped and unable to cope. When stress persists, the body begins to break down and illnesses can occur. How would you deal with stress in your life?
1)Stop worrying about things you can't control.?
2)Being well prepared for events you know may be stressful, such as relationships, marriage and others.?
3)Accepting changes as part of life challenges and not as a threat(positivity).?
4)Setting realistic goals at home and at work. ?
5)Having regular exercises, so has to make you fit.?
6)Eating a well-balanced diet. ?
7)Having enoung sleep.?

I'd say all of the above :) Where you can control it, reduce the amount of stressful situations you end up in, and where you can't, try not to worry! The rest of the time liveas healthily as possible. Try some relaxation options too - meditation, stress relief toys, even just a nice relaxing bath can help.
