depends on what else you ate today,
and how big the sandwich will be,
if you haven't eaten much today, I would get a foot long and then save some for later(if you don't eat it all).
but if you have eaten already today, go with the 6"

you can eat all fruit and still get fat. It really is the amount of calories you take in, and the amount of calories you burn off.
Subway is good as the fat content is low for the amount of food you get.
Diet + exercise and will power will you get you to your desired weight
it depends on what you have. if you have alot of cheese and mayo on it. And if you have a pop and some chips with it, yes it will be fattening.

Dieting isn't as effective as exercising.
You don't have to cut your whole diet.
If you exercise too you'll get the greatest results.

Well I have recently been trying to avoid subway because I thought it was much more fattening than other healthier places. But my friend wanted to go so I went. I was eating a bag of crisps there and I was reading the serviets and it said that the highest amount of fat in any roll was 5g compared to the bag of crisps I was eating which contained 10g!
So now I am unsure what to do!
Make sure you skip the mayo and have a lean meat like turkey. You need the protein in turkey

its better to make you own sandwhich, u can control how much you put on-there is a lot of hidden calories in subway hoagies and they dont even fill you up. i think a turkey and cheese sub is like 350 calories or something like that
Avoid the mayo and cheese which will cut the fat and calories and choose one of the lower fat/calorie choices (ex. chicken breast, etc.)
