If i do 10 miles a day and eating my b-l-d all healthy, will i lose fat?!

Question: yes

Answers: yes

10 miles is a LOT.
i would start with 2 or 3 and work your way up.

but if you try to run or at least do some cardio a day, and eat healthy then yes, you will loose weight.

yup

of course you will
but start slowly and build up. dont go out and suddenly do 10 miles. that would be very unhealthy
try 3, then the day after that 5, then the next day 7 and so on
good luck

Yes. You should really give your body one day off a week though.

Are you just trying to lose fat, or put on muscle too? Running alone won't get you very much muscle.

Ten miles is a heck of a lot. If you can run that much, you probably dont need to lose any fat. But if you could, you will for sure OBVIOUSLY. I dont know why you needed to ask that haha.

ouch,..never mind the first comment...anyway..yes you can, just do extra miles each week as you go on. scack in between, lost of waters, and some sit ups at night..there ya go..I was 185 and now am 160..5ft 5, age 20

whats a b-l-d?

well if you eat healthy yea but i doubt you will randomly run 10 miles. even experienced track runners don't run 10 miles. so if you're just starting off run 1 mile and i bet even that will be hard. so do 1 mile for a few weeks and once you start getting good with 1 mile and you can do it under 7 minutes and 50 seconds add another half mile and work that out til you're good and keep adding on. within 1 month you will be noticeably in shape.
